Please I am unable to make calls out, I have been at this for days now and made sure all the steps were followed.

Looks like you don’t have an outbound route with a dial pattern matching the number you’re dialing.

I setup an outbound route with dial pattern XXXXXXXXXXX to fit the numbers I call out ie 11 digit numbers.
What else could be wrong?
Do you have trunks selected for that route?
