Unable to log into UCP using Azure AD user account

We have successfully linked FreePBX to our Azure AD and we are able to sync users. It syncs the email address as the username on FreePBX.

When configuring our softphone client we use the extension number and secret.

We cant however, log into UCP with our AD user accounts. I have tried the username, username without domain, extension number and secret with the AD password. Keep on getting “Invalid Login Credentials”.

The group is set to allow UCP login and the user is set to allow UCP login.

There is no Password filed in User management.

Are we just missing something? How should we go about logging into UCP?
