I am unable to listen to in the web browser or download call recordings from inbound calls in the UCP. Internal call recordings and outbound call recordings work fine. I also do not see a recording in my var/spool/asterisk/monitor directory for these calls. The UCP call history does show a play button and download button next to the calls and I have all my settings set to force recording.
I am having the same problem. The recording is shown as available, but I cannot play anything … the length appears to be 0 min no matter what the call length. Outbound - fine, internal - fine; just external inbound seem to be the problem.
Since this question is still open, I’m wondering if either of you guys found a solution. Recording was working just fine until last week. Now, it doesn’t appear to be working at all. Anyone else with this issue determine a cause?
