Unable to get UCP to work after FreePBX upgrade

Hello all,

Today I performed a FreePBX upgrade from 13 to 15.
For the most part, it seems to be working except I cannot get UCP to work.

When I go to the UCP page it says “please ask for a valid directory.”

Got it to work.
Apparently it’s a known issue.

  1. Disable the Oracle Connector Module
  2. Uninstall the Sangoma Property Management Module
