Unable to download recordings unless I log out and back in

Whenever I go to my User Portal to download recorded calls it shows the current CDRs but not the download links. If I log out and log back in, the links then show and I am able to download the files. This occurs when I have not accessed the page for some time (and have left the “remember password” box checked at my last login).

Is this a known issue and is there a fix?
