Do you have TF dial patterns in your outbound route?
no there are any Dial Plans configured only one outbound route and some inbound routes and one trunk is configured
What version of FreePBX and Asterisk are you using?
What do you have in the dial pattern for your trunk and or route?
my pbx versionis 5.211.65-4 and i have configured 0 and . as the dial pattern
Perhaps you should use the Dial Plan wizard to add some dial plan and see what happens.
Can you make any outbound calls at all?
Post some logs of the failed calls.
Read the wiki. Lots of good info there for a newbie.
