Till recently we were able to dial out internationally. We can dial out locally still, but now when we try to call internationally we get an error “all circuits are busy”. Anyone else having this issue?
Probably your provider it rejecting the call, but we would know for sure with a call trace:

it turns out it was my provider. I had to up my allowance in Flowroute
