Unable to dial extension

Hello everyone,

Today I am experiencing an issue with our phone system.
Everything is working correctly - I am able to call out, customers can call in.
However, on our IRV customers are able to dial an extension to directly connect with people.

Whenever you dial anyone extension it auto directs you to another extension instead it always happens to be the same extension as well no matter what extension you dial.

I went into Reports > Asterisks Info >
I see that PJSip Endpoints
Available: 24
Unavailable: 23

I think this is likely the issue, but I have no idea how to re-register all the phones.
Would anyone be able to help me with this, please?

This is the same issue I am having as well.

Did the fix in the other thread (setting Strict Dial Time Timeout to No-Legacy) fix your problem?

Yes, it did fix the issue I was having.
It was set to “No” and setting it to “No-Legacy” fixed my issue.
