Unable to delete voicemails from user panel

When logged into the user panel as an extension, I can view and listen to voicemails but when I click each message and select “delete” they are not deleting.

Any ideas?

Not sure which user panel you are talking about. Version?

Oh, I’m sorry… FreePBX 1.817.210.58-1, I’m talking about the user panel where you can enter your extension and password to look at your CDR reports, listen to voicemails, ect…
