Unable to create New System Recordings

I am unable to create new system recordings. I last created recordings in August 2015 so I am unsure when it stopped working. Currently runnings FreePBX Firmware 10.13.66-9 and Asterisk 13.7.2. I am able to get the module to call my extension and record the messages. It appears to function correctly when I hit Save. But when I hit Submit and it starts to convert to wav I get an error in the GUI.

Asterisk log file shows the following warning:

[2016-03-30 12:43:36] WARNING[480] translate.c: No translator path: (starting codec is not valid)
[2016-03-30 12:43:36] WARNING[480] file.c: Unable to translate to format wav, source format slin48

Not sure where to go from here. Any help would be appreciated.

Your version of Asterisk 13 is corrupt. You need to reinstall it. You can do this through asterisk-version-switch
