Unable to connect to the UPC node server

When I log into the user CP it gives me an error that says

Unable to connect to the UPC node server.

Who knows why?


Two possibilities, the UCP service is not running, which will show on the dashboard, or you are browsing through a NAT device that does not have access to the UCP node port. For UCP ports, see advanced settings.


I do not have NAT on the FreePBX server. I will look into advanced settings.
