Unable to connect to the UCP Node Server. Timeout

Ucp is running without restarts

Its running on 8001

Below is an error. I checked the location and from */var/www/html/admin/modules/ucp/node/lib/*

i am missing the public/index.html

root@AV-FREEPBX-DEB:/var/log/asterisk# curl http://127.0.0.1:8001

Error 
Error: ENOENT: no such file or directory, stat '/var/www/html/admin/modules/ucp/node/lib/public/index.html'
