Unable to connect to the UCP Node Server because: 'Error: xhr poll error'

I ve got error "Unable to connect to the UCP Node Server because: ‘Error: xhr poll error’ "

Since I did not find appropriate solution I post my one here.

I’ve used tcpdump and found that PC tries to connect FreePBX host at port 8001
I did not activate System Admin module so in Firewall service we see that UPC is disabled

I’ve created in Firewall Custom service on TCP port 8001
enabled service for zone Local
and added my PC to zone Local

After that UPC works without errors.
