Check the file /etc/asterisk/manager.conf
and ensure the admin secret matches what is showing for manager credentials in Advanced Settings.
Tried to change the secret in advanced settings and apply, but get this error when i try to apply now:
exit: 1
Unable to continue. Illegal string offset ‘target’ in /var/www/html/admin/modules/customappsreg/functions.inc.php on line 59 #0 /var/www/html/admin/modules/customappsreg/functions.inc.php(59): Whoops\Run->handleError(2, ‘Illegal string …’, ‘/var/www/html/a…’, 59, Array) #1 /var/www/html/admin/libraries/usage_registry.functions.php(300): customappsreg_getdestinfo(‘app-blackhole,h…’) #2 /var/www/html/admin/libraries/usage_registry.functions.php(351): framework_identify_destinations(Array, Array) #3 /var/lib/asterisk/bin/retrieve_conf(818): framework_list_problem_destinations(Array, false) #4 {main}
Edit:
I disabled ‘customappsreg’ module and restarted server and apply worked. Now it shows all my queues, IVR etc as Bad destinations:

In my experience the correct secret is in the Advanced Settings, and manager.conf should be edited to match.
yes:

Where are you stuck?
You were asked if the modules used as the destinations listed in your error list are installed?
Are they? We have no clue what they are, and a list of modules is not going to help us figure that out. Open each record and look for the destination, see if that module is installed or perhaps disabled.
yes. all queues and IVRs are there and extensions exist as well to which former point (as destinations).
