Unable to boot after 4.211.64-100 upgrade

Its not a 100% drop in we tried it not long ago and was going to require some changes. Its on the agenda for 2nd quarter.

I have a clean VPS with centos 6.5, I run the original freepbx 5.211.65.1 script, and HTTPD doesn’t start at all, my GUI doesn’t open. When I try to update to 5.211.65.2 and get this error:
PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined method DB_Error::query() in /usr/sbin/sysadmin_update_system on line 237
PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined method DB_Error::query() in /usr/sbin/sysadmin_update_system on line 219

I REPEAT the new installation 3 times, with the same result

Stock distro install and have followed the upgrade scripts properly and in-order. Same issue. Clear work-around would be appreciated.
