Unable to apply config: Exception: Unable to find the Asterisk binary

I just ran some module updates and when I tried to run fwconsole r I received the following error:

Error(s) have occured, the following is the retrieve_conf output:
exit: 1
Exception: Unable to find the Asterisk binary in file /var/lib/asterisk/bin/retrieve_conf on line 37
Stack trace:

1. Exception->() /var/lib/asterisk/bin/retrieve_conf:37

I tried fwconsole chown with no luck. I am at Asterisk 13.14 and FreePBX 13.21

I am also unable to change versions of asterisk. I had no issues saving and apply changes until I ran the module updates

Doing a bit more research I’ve found that usr/sbin/asterisk is gone. The system somehow still seems to be functioning. Any ideas how the file was deleted during a simple module update?

Or better yet, how to get it back?
