Unable to Access Recordings

FreePBX 2.7.0.2

Unable to access the “recordings”/voicemail web page.

No errors are found on screen - just a blank page.

Not sure where to start troubleshooting.

Any help?

I have followed a similar issue in: http://www.freepbx.org/forum/freepbx/users/voicemail-portal-issue-resolved

however, this did not resolve my issue.

I performed a reinstall today.

Upon the initial boot-up the /recordings directory was available. However, after upgrading the FreePBX 2.6 the /recordings directory wasn’t accessible.
