Unable to access Admin page to monitor calls

As of some time early this morning I am no longer able to access the website to view or monitor any calls. My bookmarked link only brings me to a cannot communicate with server error. Is this a general issue or should I be talking to my ISP?

Sounds like the web server on the PBX is unresponsive or has gone down. Try to login as root (using ssh) and then restart the web server with “service httpd restart”. Then try again to access the web front end.
