I’ve already switched ukrainian language in web-view mode , it’s ok.

I don’t recall ever seeing Asterisk language packages for Ukraine. There are commercial services such as Westany where you can buy asterisk language packages, but I’m not aware if they have Ukraine or not.
Unrelated, but I see that asterisksounds.org is offline now.
