I’ve just started using a FreePBX system, and am getting along with it very well so far. There’s just a couple of niggly things i’m wondering if anyone can help with.
The system has a Digium line card in it, however, incoming calls (either via line or connected telephone) have a US ringtone. Is there any way to change this to UK sytle?
Also, I would like to be able to have the system hang up (say for example, by pressing * in an IVR). Is there any way to do this?
And one final question… Is there any way to link an extension number to… say an IVR… So that I can use Call Transfer to transfer callers into an IVR or another ring group?
