UCP Voicemails Reordering Themselves

Hello Everybody,

I am experiencing some strange behavior in the User Control Panel’s voicemail widget. Whenever I click the phone icon, to listen to a particular voicemail on the phone, the order of voicemails changes to a seemingly random order. It has caused me to delete the wrong voicemail several times. I can click the sort options to correct the order, but I don’t want to do that every time.

I am using UCP version 14.0.3.9. What’s tricky is that this doesn’t happen on everyone’s UCP.

So I am wondering if anyone has experienced this before? Is there anything I should try or look for?
