UCP recorded calls file not found

I have a non-admin user, who needs to listen to call recordings on a regular basis.
User logs into UCP, goes to “Call Events” window, and if the call was placed more than a few minutes ago, they can not play the recording, browser gives error “file not found”.
If the call was just placed, they can play the recording, until after a few minutes have passed, and then they can not play the recording (same error).

Just tested, and if using the “Call History” window (in UCP), it seems to work everytime, so just the “Call Events” is having problems.
