Ucp phone not connecting

I cannot get ucp phone in Freepbx 14 to connect.
I have enabled it in the user management and log into the ucp and open the phone sidebar
All I can get is Disconnected and connecting to socket then goes back to disconnected.

I have tried this on 2 different PBX installs

Ok. Do you have a valid certificate?

I have the self signed one that freepbx installed

IIRC you it needs a regular certificate to work. Why not generate a free let’s encrypt cert?
