I recently added the UCP phone widget to my UCP. I made sure it was enabled in the user manager for that user. However, when I go to click the phone widget, on mobile it’s red and on desktop it lets me open it, but won’t let me click any numbers to start dialing. Some info: I have a Let’s Encrypt cert, and if I search “RTC” in the search bar, an extension comes up that says “WebRTC” after the extension name. I think it’s because it needs to make a new extension for RTC. I tried to look into it more, and I need to turn on ws or wss transport for that extension. I went to asterisk’s settings and enabled both, then went back to the WebRTC extension and turned wss on there. Still no luck though. I don’t see anything about WebRTC in port management (not sure if I should). I also don’t have anything for STUN or RTC URLs in asterisk’s settings, not sure if I need to supply anything there. If anyone could help me set this up and take me through the steps I’d really appreciate it!
There’s this error when I open UCP, a notification came up telling me to open the console and see an error. Hopefully it’ll help fix the issue
