I has this working a year or two ago, and I was looking over the directions to setup on a new FreePBX box, and the directions look incomplete. I remember having to enable wss and some other stuff for this to work.

I followed the directions and to no surprise the phone doesn’t work (registers, but cannot make or receive a call). Does anyone have a link to a complete guide for setting up the UCP phone?

Those steps worked for me on FreePBX 15. Since you can register you are almost there. It seems like you have a firewall problem. Have you examined the Javascript console for error output?
