I’d like to know how to reset my ucp password please. forgot pw link does not work. says: unable to find email or something like that. I can login to the main menu without any problems.

Admin > User Manager > Change the pw on the account you are having trouble logging in.
There is no user manager under admin. User management does not have a password change submenu
You can try to change first extension password on UCP then try to login with extension number.
type your password and click Update Password button.
