UCP -> Originate Call -> extencion “error Forbidden” - how to debug the error and fix it?

I would like to find out how to fix a dialing error for “extension” via UCP → Originate Call. I am getting 2 kounikats: “error Forbidden”, { ‘error’: ‘ajaxRequest declined’}.
The virtual machine on which FreePBX tunes has been moved between networks.

You have to give us more details such as FreePBX, UCP and other modules and Asterisk version etc..?

Would you please tell me what commands I could use to extract the information needed for further diagnosis?
I think I have the latest version due to the fact that the instance is about a month old

solution was to add each user’s phone number to the UCP.

  1. admin → User Menagmet->"User”
  2. UCP → Miscellaneous
  3. Allowed Extension Settings - extesion user
  4. Enable Originating Calls - YES
  5. submit and applu configuration
