Hi is any way to get log with information like when user enable/disable DND or when and for what number the user turned on/off call forward etc via UCP ?
I’ve been working on a Risk Management Framework package at my day job, and this level of logging is becoming the standard for anyone that relies on that level of performance. Places like HIPAA compliant “shops” and government-adjacent companies might want to advocate for this if it isn’t already here.
if no one really knows where it is, if such a function exists ?
AFAIK, there is no such function at this time.
If you need these events logged, you’re going to have to submit a feature request to Sangoma to get the added. As I recall, the UCP stuff is all Open Source, so you start looking at the code and recommend changes, which is the fastest way to get updates to the code.
