UCP Invalid Credentials

Activated UCP but having problems with users login. Have tried resetting user password but getting the same error message… Invalid Credentials. All modules have been updated.

problem sorted… the password is not the VM password but the AD password

I had a problem with a similar issue. Turns out I needed to add the user to group. To go to User Group, Edit Group and under the users, I needed to select the users that were having trouble logging in. After all of them were in the group, they could log in.
