A while back we updated to version 10.13.66 but we have noticed that no call recordings are showing in UCP, and many users cannot log in. If we change the user setting to an explicit “yes” from “inherit” it works, so it seems like an inherit issue.
The users in question are only included in the “All Users” group, and that has “Allow Login” set to “Yes”. I have also tried creating a new group to include them in with it also set to yes, but it seems that the only way to give them access is by individually setting each user to an explicit “yes”
Has anybody come across this before, or is there anywhere else I should be looking to make sure they inherit the correct settings?
