UCP/Follow Me: "There are no assigned extensions", referring mobile phone number

Hello,

I’m configuring a recently-installed FreePBX 17 demo instance (on a Debian 12 VM guest host).

When accessing UCP using some credentials, I can add various Widgets.

When accessing Follow Me, there is a “There are no assigned extensions” message in red at the top of the right window pane.

At the same time, I see “correct-looking data” in both Settings/Extension settings or Admin/User Manager.

  1. How can I check that either an Extension “owner” or a UCP user can use UCP FollowMe widget ?
  2. Is there a way to reference a mobile phone number in FollowMe form without re-typing it as this value may be self editing by end user in UCP User Control Panel Settings ?
