Busy testing the UCP module. I suspect that what I need is not what it does, but just to make sure:
I would assign a username to a group of extensions. That person will want to look for call history ACROSS the extension. It would seem that he will have to go into each extension to find it, but they usually won’t know which one. They should rather have an option to list all calls for all extensions?
We don’t want to give access to the pbx admin interface. How would we go about this?
