I’ve seen the problem reported but no solutions. Using UCP users are unable to edit their phones with Device Management. Make any changes to Line Keys or Exp 1 and when saving, the browser reports you are working in Offline Mode. However, if I make the changes using EPM through Extension Mapping -> Edit the Custom Entries, then the changes work when saving the configuration.
The EPM appears to be at the latest version and the phones are Sangoma S700 with the EXP1.
Current Asterisk Version: 13.17.1
FreePBX 13.0.195.26
EndPoint Manager 13.0.118.129
Firmware on phones are S700 2.0.4.59 and S700 2.0.4.57 (no difference)
Does anyone have a possible solution to this?
