UCP doesn't like Windows 10, IE 11

Using Windows 10 with IE 11. ver 11.545.10586.0
Click on UCP, and get error that says “Internet Explorer 7.0 is not supported. Functionality will be deteriorated until you upgrade to 10 or higher”

You are running IE in compatibility mode. This simulates Internet Explorer 7 which is why you are seeing that message.
