New Install of Asterisk 16.16.1 FreePBX 15.0.16.22 on Digital Ocean Ubuntu 18.04 LTS Droplet. Install went fairly well, was able to work through a few small problems, primarily missing dependencies using the Tutorial at hand. However, on a reboot of the Droplet or a restart of Apache I am confronted with the error. Hovering mouse indicates “UCP Node is not running”. Only resolution I have found is to remove and reinstall the “User Control Panel” module (v 15.0.6.12). The install.log from "/var/www/html/admin/modules/ucp/node/logs/: is a follows:

This issue repeats on every reboot of the Droplet, or restart of Apache.
