UCP - currently working in offline mode

Every time I try to change a name, via the UCP device settings, it shows “You’re currently working in offline mode”. The name can be on the line key buttons, or on a side-car. The two errors I’m seeing are:

Error from httpd log: [Fri Feb 08 10:38:26 2019] [error] [client 192.168.128.251] File does not exist: /var/www/html/ucp/undefined, referer: http://192.168.128.251/ucp/?display=dashboard&mod=endpoint&sub=101

Error from access_log: 192.168.128.251 - - [08/Feb/2019:10:38:26 -0500] “POST /ucp/undefined?module=endpoint&command=savesettings HTTP/1.1” 404 292 “http://192.168.128.251/ucp/?display=dashboard&mod=endpoint&sub=101” “Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64; rv:52.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/52.0 SeaMonkey/2.49.3”

Am I looking in the right place for this issue? What’s going on here? Let me know how I can help.

Thanks!!

Hi,

I’m experiencing the same problem. Have tried rollback to recent versions without any success.

I documented this issue a while back but still have not found a solution. I was beginning to think my implementations are the only ones out there where users use device management in UCP. Here’s my original post:

rjdaledr, I see your thread was just closed, with no resolution, after 7 days. Super. I actually read your posts while trying to dig up an answer on this. The phones at the location in question (on my post) are Mitel (AAstra) as well.
