Ubuntu + SIP/DID + X101P on FreePBX

I’ll start off by stating that I am fairly new to FreePBX.

Let me first state my setup:

Ubuntu 10.10 Desktop
Wildcard X101P - Communication controller: Tiger Jet Network Inc. Tiger3XX Modem/ISDN interface
Asterisk 1.6.2.7
FreePBX 2.8.1
dahdi 2.2.1 - detects card

SIP/DID account from voip.ms

Basically I just want my local Ubuntu box (connected to my SIP) to be able to receive calls on my regular telephone land line through my PCI card.

FreePBX is up and running, it doesn’t show errors. I am wondering what Outbound, Inbound, Trunks and Extensions do I need to setup in order to get a dial tone?

A mini step by step would be helpful. I am pretty tech savvy, just not entirely sure what goes where with FreePBX.
