Ubuntu File permission problem

Hi,
I’m a long time asterisk user but it’s my first try with freepbx. So far I have to say Bravo to the developers! But I do have a few problems(all related to permissions I believe):
1- After every reload (Apply changes) from the gui the agi script folder permission changes and asterisk cant use it anymore:
– Launched AGI Script /usr/share/asterisk/agi-bin/dialparties.agi
dialparties.agi: Failed to execute ‘/usr/share/asterisk/agi-bin/dialparties.agi’: Permission denied

2- When I upload a music on old mp3 file it doesn’t show any error message but it doesn’t play when i choose the category.

3- When I record a prompt It doesn’t play either.

Any help would be very appreciated!

SETTING FILE PERMISSIONS
Permissions OK.

No I am pretty sure asterisk run as asterisk user:
ps -aux |egrep asterisk

Are you running Asterisk as root?

Issue a “amportal chown” from the linux command line and see what happens.

Asterisk version: Asterisk 1.6.2.7
OS : Ubuntu Server 10.10 32 bits
FreePBX Version:2.8.1.3
