Two Sites - ALL incoming calls show the same Caller ID

The only thing they have in common is that at both sites, a poorly trained user added an extension with no extension number, which totally gakked FreePBX, and had to be removed with phpMyAdmin before FreePBX would start working again, so I am pretty sure that this is where the corruption started, but I can’t find where it is pulling this from and it is driving me crazy - I have searched the forums here and at Trixbox, to no avail.

One site is a PRI with DID’s and the other is with three POTS lines, and inbound Caller ID was working fine before - is it possible that the database is still corrupt, and if so, what is the procedure to un-corrupt it?

Has anyone else seen this before?

Post a call trace. We should be able to see where the CID is being reset (or if it’s wrong at the first indication) which may give a clue as to where to go next.
