Two Queue Periodic Announcements

Hello everyone,

We need to setup two different announcements for the queue breakout. It can use the same IVR tho.

I see that the below works if I put it in the custom conf file, at 90 seconds it plays breakout1 and at 180 it plays breakout2:

[9000]
periodic-announce-frequency=90,180
periodic-announce=custom/breakout1,custom/breakout2

However, the GUI is useless now…

So my question is: Is there a way we can tell the queue to only follow these two settings from the custom conf file?

Try this:
[9000](+)
periodic-announce-frequency=90,180

This way, the options get added to the 9000 context instead of being ignored.

Also, if you think this would be a good feature going forward, you should add a Feature Request.

Tried. Did not work.

Will submit a feature request when time allows. We’re overbooked due to the COVID19 outbreak.
