Trying to intall I get Kernel Panic - not syncing

HEllo All,
I am new on this world. I am trying to install standard setup on a bit old HP deskptop computer and very fast I am getting this error: Kernel Panic - not syncing.

I have tried to do some changes in bios but useless.
I have tried memory test. that’s ok.

Than you for any suggestion.

I have found this issue on centos and I have added at command line acpi=off and passed over that point
