Is there a report that shows me if I’ve maxed out a trunk? For example: I have 3 Trunks with Bandwidth.com and 6 with Premier voice. Bandwidth is my failover trunk if Premier is full. Is there a report that tells me that I’m maxing out either one. Or even how many trunks I’m using at a given moment?
Not that I am aware of. You could analyze the CDRs to determine that although it is non-trivial to determine. You could also analyze the log file to determine now many times you overflowed and you could easily modify the dialout-trunk context with Noop() commands to clearly display the information in the log. From the CLI, at any instance in time you can type “group show channels” and it will show all outbound channels and which ‘group’ they are assigned to which is how the max number of trunks are accounted.
