Trunk showing offline when actually is online

Hello,

I have an Obi110 setup as a chan_sip trunk. I can make and receive phone calls just fine. But the Dashboard shows that the trunk is offline. Here’s the Asterisk Info chan_sip info report

I only have this one trunk, yet it seems to show it broken out as two trunks. One for the incoming and one for the outgoing. It also says one is offline.

I’m using FreePBX 13.0.174.

I have had the same is with vitelity never did figure out why but that was like 3 years ago.

Mabye somebody on here know the answer

Now that I think about it only one of the trunks have a IP configured. The outbound only has a IP in the config

That was it! I changed the host parameter to the IP address instead of dynamic, and now it sees “both” trunks online!
