I just installed VQ Plus and tried to configure it just the way the manual instruct me to. Configured on of my test queue to use my new callback queue.
When I call my queue and press 1 to request call back, my number is read up loud to me, I speak my name and get information that I will receive a callback when my number is up in the queue. So far everything is good, but from here nothing happens. When I take a look in the Queue callback report no entry has been made. No pending, no failed and no succeeded calls in the report. How can I trouble shoot this issue?
