OK, I am new to this system. I am old school. I changed the voice recording to new hours of our business and when I listen to the recording it is good. When I save and apply config. the voice recording just loops and never ends. What did I do wrong? Help!
It depends on how you are “announcing” the voice recording. Which module did you set the voice recording in. There’s about 3 or 4 places that I can think of off-hand that you can create an announcement.
In the Announcements menu, there is the option to return to IVR. If you are calling the announcement from the IVR and then returning to the IVR, you may have an endless loop. I would check to see if you’ve created an endless loop accidentally
