I have had all kinds of trouble performing a clean install of Asterisk 13 on a dell power edge 1950 with a Digium dual T1/E1 PCI interface TE210P.
the most recent install resulted in the following error (unable to post "links so the file paths have been truncated), is this permissions related?

Other installs resulted in a BIOS checksum error until the PCI card was re-seated however no installation (excluding the very first attempt) have resulted in the UI being displayed. SSH works though…
