Trouble getting started

Hi, it’s really frustrating and time consuming trying to get sangoma connect up and running!
When i select “Run Domain Action -> Register Domain” the response is:
Cannot get certificates from the registry server
Deployment registration API response message: Cannot get org_id for deployment 4402****-sangomaconnect
{“status”:true}

When i select “Run Domain Action -> Register Domain” the response is:
Cannot set certificates: deployment not registered yet.
{“status”:false}

Status is:
SangomaConnect: Not Running
CloudConnect Agent Status: Installing - 100%
Domain:
Deployment id: 4402****

Domain not configured, please generate your SSL certificates

In the doc “Technical Details and Limitations” the sentence

[…] At present, there is no client support for registering to multiple hosts (i.e. internal/external IPs) nor to an FQDN.

does it mean: Sangoma connect is not working with a pbx that has a dynamic ip - even when dnsmgr is running and having a dynamic hostname?

Wiki is stale, I have resolved that.

I recommend a support ticket, this looks like more than it reasonable to debug here:

Thanks for the quick response. I am glad that it play with dynamic ips. lets see if i can sort out the rest. i create a ticket …
