Trouble configuring a Cisco 7942 phone

Good morning! New to the forum, and excited to join the community.

I’m having trouble getting my Cisco 7942 to “fully” register with my FreePBX system. I was wondering if I could ask for some thoughts:

The phone comes up fine, but whenever I try and dial outbound, or an internal extension, I get a busy signal and a “reorder” messages.

Based on my reading, I suspect a problem with my SEPMAC.cnf.xml.

The console logs from the web-based interface, indicate:

I’ve attached my SEP file for reference. [beep beep… new users cannot upload attachments …beep beep]

Appreciate anyone’s thoughts.

Finally figured it out. It was a TCP/UDP issue.

To resolve, I set 4 to “4” (use both TCP and UDP, prefer UDP), and set

10000
20000

Restarted the phone.

In FreePBX, Settings -> Asterisk SIP Settings -> Chan PJSIP Settings tab, I turned on TCP (so now both TCP and UDP were set to “YES”.

The general RTP port range was already set to 10000 to 20000.
