Began a transfer like normal, either by using a transfer button on the phone, or dialing ##. Then type the extension preceded by an asterisk. For example, to transfer to extension 200’s voicemail box, you could dial:

So I have a single user that this is not working for. They Have a digium D80. It used to work for them.
