Transferring contacts from Cisco Jabber to FreePBX

I have a client that is transferring from a Cisco System to FreePBX, and they want to ensure all of the company’s Jabber contacts are moved to this new system. They mentioned that each user has their own different contact lists and I’m not sure if that means I’d need to manually download each one of their contacts in separate .csv files and import them separately into their new setups or if Jabber allows one large download that includes everyone’s contacts.

I was wondering if anyone might have some guidance on how they would tackle this transfer. Like what general steps would I need to take after I’ve downloaded the Cisco contacts? And how would I ensure each user had their own contacts like before?

Apologies if I’m missing some context here, I’m new to pbx systems.
